Group counselling session in progress, participants engaged in conversation

Group sessions that move at the pace of real life

Dealquora connects people across Australia to structured group work for emotional stress — no waiting rooms, no geography, no guesswork about what happens next.

Three phases, one clear path

Each phase builds on the previous. Nothing is skipped, nothing is rushed.

01

Intake

A brief one-on-one conversation to understand your situation before any group placement happens.

02

Matching

You are placed in a small group — typically 6 to 8 people — whose stress patterns overlap enough to create genuine recognition between participants, not just surface similarity.

03

Weekly structured sessions

Sessions run for 75 minutes each week. A qualified facilitator guides the group through a consistent structure: opening check-in, facilitated exchange, a practical exercise, and a closing integration. The format stays stable so participants can focus on the work rather than the logistics. Most people notice a shift in how they process stress within the first four sessions — though this varies considerably from person to person.

75 min per session

The session length is deliberate. It is long enough for real depth and short enough that it fits within a working week without becoming a burden.

Group vs. individual: what the data from our sessions shows

Across participants who completed at least eight sessions, we tracked two dimensions of self-reported experience.

Sense of being understood
Ability to name stress triggers
Continued engagement after 8 weeks
