About Dealquora

Stress is shared better than carried alone

Dealquora connects people across Australia with structured group counselling for emotional stress — no geography, no waiting lists, no isolation.

Group work changes what individual sessions often cannot.

Hearing others name the same pressure you have been carrying quietly shifts something. It is not just support — it is perspective at scale.

Group counselling session in progress

Dealquora started in 2014 with a straightforward observation: most people dealing with emotional stress never access professional support, not because they do not want it, but because finding the right setting is difficult. Geography, cost, and stigma all get in the way.

Online group counselling removes each of those barriers. Sessions run through a structured facilitation model — small groups, a consistent facilitator, and a defined focus each week. Participants are matched by theme, not by location, which means someone in Cairns and someone in Geelong can work through the same pattern together.

How sessions are structured

Each group meets weekly for six consecutive sessions. The facilitator introduces a theme, participants reflect individually, then the group works through it together. The process is consistent — that predictability is part of what makes it effective.
